Aluminium exo-skeleton with replaceable coated-fabric duct. Reference configuration 7,000 mm installed height × 1,000 mm nominal internal diameter unless stated otherwise.
A modular industrial exhaust stack in which structural duty and gas containment are carried by two independent elements. An external aluminium lattice exo-skeleton resists all mechanical load — self-weight, wind and guy pretension — and never contacts the flue gas. An internal coated-fabric duct contains the exhaust and carries no structural load. Radial stainless tensioning cables hold the duct in cylindrical form at every ring level while leaving it independently removable. Three guy wires transfer wind-induced overturning moment from the skeleton to distributed roof anchors, eliminating concentrated base moment and the roof reinforcement it would otherwise require.

Temperature — no option above 260 °C continuous; Option C limited to 150 °C. Pressure — negative pressure operation only, classification N1; sustained positive pressure is outside the design. Anchorage — three roof anchor points of adequate capacity and spread are required; without usable guy geometry the system cannot be installed. Abrasive and hot combined — abrasive particulate above 150 °C falls between the catalogue specifications and requires engineering review. Secondary loads — the skeleton is sized for the duct, wind and guy pretension only; cable trays, platforms, sampling equipment and antennas must not be attached.
